How does CheckIn work?

Employees clock in and out using the mobile app with a single tap. Managers access the backoffice dashboard to view hours, assign schedules, and export reports. Everything syncs in real-time.

What devices are supported?

The clocking app works on iOS and Android. The manager backoffice is a web application accessible from any modern browser on desktop or tablet.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. CheckIn is billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time. Minimum of 5 employees to start.

How is my data protected?

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted on certified infrastructure in France. CheckIn is fully GDPR compliant by design.

Can I integrate with my payroll system?

Yes. CheckIn supports CSV and PDF exports that are compatible with most payroll systems. API integration is available for enterprise plans.
